Notes: This kit fits Audi TT Quattro models 00-01 equipped with either a 5 or 6-Speed manual tranmission. Ball stud cable mount type. If your TT is an 02-05 model with manual transmission please order, 041-660287 (Quattro models) or 041-660289 (2WD).  
Neuspeed engineers each Shifter or Shift Mechanism to use mechanical advantage to shorten the throw, while maintaining a smooth precise shift and eliminating the notchy feel associated with stock and some lesser quality shifters. Neuspeed shifters reduce the throw by 30-50%.
